What you will do:
You will help us in our efforts to enable company growth by attracting customers to buy our products, informing them about Collegial,and positioning us as a leader in the industry. This means you will be developing, implementing, and executing a marketing and lead generation plan in order to reach marketing goals and KPIs.Responsibility also entails attractive communication to increase brand and product.
In other words, you will be doing anything related to the company marketing. It could be anything from presenting our broader offering, it could be our product, you could be working with paid or organic campaigns, or create content for inbound marketing; whatever we think would work!
Who you are
We believe that you are a passionate Marketing Manager who’s passionate about lead generation and growth marketing.
You speak numbers first, working towards meeting set KPI’s and having a data driven approach to marketing.
We think that you’re a thriving team player, working both on your own, within the commercial organization or with other teams.
On top of your skills, you’re a communicator who feels very comfortable with the written word, both writing on your own as well as an editor of other people’s texts.
You have extensive experience with digital marketing tools such as Adwords, and LinkedIn, as well as marketing automation tools, and are familiar with CRM’s.
You have strong writing and communication skills to continuously create compelling website content, whitepaper and customer case studies to generate stronger conversion
You have grit and an innovative approach to meet marketing KPIs with new marketing initiatives
You are adept at a data-driven approach to marketing
You’re a good at time management and have an ability to multitask
You know how to prioritize and used to executing at rapid pace
You are comfortable being responsible for planning and executing on marketing plan to support company sales targets
You are used to working towards and SQL KPIs.
