Are you passionate about creating and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth? In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Visual Design & Growth Marketing, the Commercial team as well as other cross-functional teams to position our Corporate Learning Solution as the thought leader within our space.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive inbound funnel growth, and support customer acquisition, ensuring competitive market position.
- Plan, create and manage broad and targeted demand generation campaigns across various channels, including web, online and events, focused on attracting and converting high-quality leads through tailored and data-driven approaches.
- Optimize campaign performance by prioritizing conversion rate optimization, lead nurturing, and segmented, personalized engagement. Create an impactful customer journey that seamlessly guides prospects from awareness to acquisition.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and refine marketing tactics, ensuring our product and messaging remains sharp.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives. Establish feedback and joint planning sessions with the sales, product and success teams to create a customer-centric and effective go-to-market strategy and drive pipeline growth through coordinated efforts.
- Understand the value propositions of our partners and incorporate them into our overall messaging as well as into specific tactical activities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives across the marketing funnel, using metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution and conversion rates. Leverage insights to refine strategies as needed to optimize results and drive quality leads and revenue impact.
- Responsible for ensuring that all external messaging is on brand. Ensure that assets and materials are available and accessible for customers, sales, and success teams.
- Develop and maintain a customer database by leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools to enhance marketing and sales efforts through targeted campaigns and streamlined processes.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a B2B Marketing Manager, Demand Marketing Manager or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex problems and using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Empathy and passion for ensuring success in all aspects of marketing.
- Broad skill set, including the ability to develop engaging content that aligns with our brand and strategy.
- High level of proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot.
- Highly collaborative and enjoys working in a dynamic startup environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Location
Offices in the very center of Stockholm in addition to a hybrid workplace.
