What you'll do
- Engage early in the sales process to introduce Customer Success at an early stage
- Onboard new customers, ensuring they have a smooth and successful implementation experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers by understanding and following up on their goals and challenges on a regular basis
- Identify expansion opportunities and proactively manage renewals
- Ensure high license activation and utilization
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers, helping them maximize the value of our offering. This includes sharing best practices to ensure customers achieve their desired business outcomes
- Monitor Customer Health Metrics and proactively address any issues or concerns to prevent churn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and product adoption
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex problems
- Empathy and passion for ensuring customer success
- Highly collaborative and enjoys working in a dynamic startup environment
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required
Location
Offices in the very center of Stockholm in addition to a hybrid workplace.
