Collegial is a Stockholm-based EdTech company with partners, learners, and employees across the globe. Being in the EdTech industry, we strive to walk the talk – to develop ourselves and those around us, building an inclusive culture of continuous learning. At Collegial we are all about creating a smooth learning experience and a vibrant and valuable experience for learners.
We are now looking for a Program Manager to run our learning programs in our Industry Collaboration Initiative. As a Program Manager you will be responsible for managing and supporting participant engagement and creating a valuable learning experience for the participants.
About the role
As our Industry Collaboration Initiative Lead & Program Manager you will work with cross-company programs designed together with academia and industry, being responsible for the design, coordination, facilitation and stakeholder management. You will also represent Collegial as the delivery platform for high-quality learning experiences to large numbers of learners.
In this role you are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and key initiative stakeholders, from governmental agencies, academia, representatives of participating companies and other initiative suppliers. Other key components of this role include preparatory work including coordination, the overall running of programs and session facilitation, follow-up and evaluation, and the redesign that follows.
About you
You have a genuine interest in learning and a natural flair for building trust-based relationships with a variety of different stakeholders, facilitating and moderating learning and knowledge sharing sessions, and coordinating projects to help support and grow the learning experience of programs and participants.
For this role we are looking for someone who understands the corporate learning space.
You understand what great learning experience design looks like and you are an experienced project manager who enjoys driving design and development projects all the way to successful implementation and delivery. You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
As a person we believe that you are a self-starter who likes to take ownership and drive initiatives forward. You are a strategic relationship-builder and a solution-oriented problem solver and you are naturally team-oriented and collaborative. And just to state the obvious - you are an engaging learning evangelist!
